Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and y99pro ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the y99pro website located at y99pro.cam and all associated services, features, content and products offered therein (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the y99pro platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

y99pro is an English-language online betting and gaming platform designed for adult users. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where this platform is accessed by users in Pakistan, users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Service complies with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. y99pro does not represent that the Service is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. This document does not constitute legal advice.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Service, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction if that exceeds 18. The Platform is strictly for adults. Being 18 years of age does not automatically make gambling lawful in your jurisdiction — you remain responsible for compliance with local law.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts or other legal structures may not register Accounts as end users of the Service.
3. You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off restriction or other access suspension on the y99pro platform.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you in your location.
5. You must not use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying the legal status of online gambling in your location before using the Platform.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts are strictly personal and may not be used to place wagers or manage funds on behalf of another person.
7. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the y99pro platform for any breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with standard industry practice and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, y99pro may require you to complete a KYC verification process before activating full Account functionality — including the ability to withdraw funds. KYC verification is conducted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never share identity documents through unencrypted channels such as third-party messaging applications or social media.

Typical documents required during KYC verification may include:

• A valid, unaltered Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or internationally recognised passport;
• Proof of residential address (for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), where required;
• A selfie or liveness verification image matching the photo identity document presented;
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. y99pro will never ask for your full password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15.

Terms of Use

By accessing and using the y99pro platform, you agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to access, scrape or interact with the Platform without express written permission;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or other practices intended to manipulate odds, markets or game outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any transaction intended to disguise the origin of funds;
• Placing wagers using funds obtained from criminal activity;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error may be voided by y99pro;
• Creating or using multiple Accounts, whether registered under your own name or a third party's identity;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or members of the y99pro support team;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location when accessing the Service.

y99pro reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of breaching the above prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, voiding of wagers and permanent exclusion, without prior notice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Funds may be deposited into your Account using the payment methods currently available on the Platform. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may differ by payment method. All amounts are displayed in PKR where applicable. y99pro does not charge deposit fees directly, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Payment-provider references on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are contextual references reflecting methods familiar to Pakistani users. These references do not imply that any such provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with online gambling on the y99pro platform.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method in your own name that has been previously used for a deposit or otherwise verified. y99pro reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are indicated within the Platform. Requests that fail verification checks may be returned to your Account balance pending further documentation.

6.3 Currency & Conversion

Where your Account is denominated in PKR, all deposits, withdrawals and balance figures will be displayed in Pakistani Rupees. If a deposit is received in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction. y99pro is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

y99pro operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing standards. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Where required by applicable law or internal compliance policy, y99pro may request additional documentation relating to the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and escalation to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

y99pro may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload credits, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly communicated in the applicable promotion description at the time the offer is made.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before accepting any offer;
• y99pro does not use pressure tactics, false scarcity countdowns or guaranteed-return language in any promotional communication. Promotions are offered on an informational basis;
• Bonus offers may be limited to one per household, IP address or payment method, as specified in the applicable promotion;
• y99pro reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, where required for compliance, operational or integrity reasons.

7.2 Abuse & Misuse of Bonuses

Where y99pro determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a user has abused a promotional offer — including through systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the Platform — y99pro reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings and, where appropriate, suspend the Account in question.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the y99pro platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, game or product. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.1 Sportsbook

Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral Test and ODI series — are among the most prominent sportsbook offerings on y99pro. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the applicable official match result as determined by the relevant governing body. y99pro reserves the right to void bets on any market where a verifiable result cannot be confirmed within a reasonable timeframe.

Odds are presented in decimal format. Implied probability is displayed transparently alongside stated odds. y99pro does not guarantee that odds will remain unchanged between the time a bet slip is created and the time it is confirmed — live odds are subject to constant movement.

8.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play markets are available on selected events and are subject to delay, suspension or removal at any time without notice, including during active play. y99pro is not liable for any failure to accept a live bet resulting from market suspension, technical issues or data-feed interruptions.

8.3 Casino & Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables, slots and instant/crash games, operate using certified random number generation technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided where available. Past results in any game have no bearing on future outcomes. All games are offered for entertainment purposes — they are not instruments of investment or income generation.

Responsible Gambling

y99pro is committed to responsible gambling as a fundamental platform principle. Gambling is entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk and is not a reliable source of income. Every registered user has access to the following responsible gambling tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or automatic session end-times to avoid extended uninterrupted play;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your Account and prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion is a serious commitment and y99pro will not lift it during the agreed exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the y99pro platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, code and the overall design and layout of the Service — is the property of y99pro or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from y99pro.

Third-party trademarks, brand names or logos referenced on the Platform (including payment-provider names used for contextual purposes) remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on this Platform does not imply endorsement, affiliation or authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y99pro and its officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
• Any losses, including gambling losses, incurred through use of the Platform;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data loss or security breaches beyond our reasonable control;
• Your reliance on any information, odds or content provided on the Platform;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Service in a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. y99pro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Suspension & Termination

y99pro reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Activity on the Account poses a risk of harm to the integrity of the Platform or to other users;
• Closure is required by applicable law or a direction from a relevant authority.

Upon Account closure due to a Terms breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited at y99pro's discretion, subject to the specific nature and severity of the breach. Where Account closure is initiated by the User (including through self-exclusion), any real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User through the original payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the y99pro support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law provisions — shall continue to apply after Account closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the applicable gaming licence is incorporated or operates, as determined by the operator from time to time. This clause does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and y99pro, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. The y99pro support team will endeavour to respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve matters fairly and transparently.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or regulatory escalation process available under the operator's applicable licence. y99pro does not operate or claim any regulatory oversight by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority.

Amendments to These Terms

y99pro reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered users through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend checking this page before placing significant wagers or accepting promotional offers, particularly following any notification of changes. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.
